Technical Information on all Units illustrated on this website.
Enclosures
All enclosures are manufactured in thermosetting plastics with Ultra Violet stabilisation and are to IP56, or IP65 in the case of the hinged and lockable type.
Circuit Protection Devices
In all holiday or touring units, each socket outlet is either individually, or in groups of a maximum of 3 outlets, protected by 25amp or 40amp 2 pole 30mA RCDs. In the case of park home units this is upgraded to 40amp, 63amp and in some cases 100amp 2 pole 30mA, or 100mA RCDs. MCBs affording overload protection are rated from 6amps through to 80amps, dependent upon the application.
All units and installtions comply with the IEE wiring regulations 2008.
Connection Methods
All units are available with 16amp or 32amp 2 pole and earth BS EN 60309 socket outlets. Alternatively, for holiday homes or park homes, direct glanded connections can be used, negating the need for socket outlets and plugs.
In our continuing effort to improve any product on these pages, we reserve the right to substitute any component.
We will, however, ensure that any substitution is of an equal or higher quality or standard than the product it replaces.
