  Power Distribution Circuit Breakers

A large range of RCCB / MCCB main network protection devices up to 1200A are available from stock to cater for all situations requiring adjustable time delay and sensitivity on the earth leakage module and adjustable loading on the moulded case circuit breaker. These will generally be built into our range of polyester enclosures utilising powder coated steel back plates with an internal face plate covering all exposed connections.

Power Distribution Panels

Mains Panels are constructed to individual site requirements utilising all necessary main network protection devices and supplementary circuit protective equipment in either polyester enclosures or floor mounted specialist kit systems where electrical and mechanical characteristics determine a larger panel is required. Specialist advice from our Engineering Department is particularly advisable with regard to this type of equipment to enable park operators to obtain the correct equipment applicable to the electrical requirements of a holiday home or touring park.

Distribution Units

Specialist Distribution Units are designed around incoming cable sizes and the number and size of the outgoing circuits. This is determined at the point of quotation.

The Distribution Unit range offers comprehensive isolation and switching of all supplies and circuits by utilising incoming Switch Disconnectors or time delayed RCD's, and outgoing Miniature Circuit Breakers. Each unit is manufactured to customer specifications including neutral and, if required, earth termination points and a pre punched earth continuity plate. The unit is mounted onto a galvanised shrouded frame thus having the advantage of protecting exposed cables as they exit the ground and providing a professional completion to the installation.

Residual Current Devices, Miniature Circuit Breakers & Switch Disconnectors

RCDs are available from 25A to 100A in two and four pole versions with fixed sensitivities ranging from 30mA to 500mA. Time Delayed RCDs are also available to protect certain minor installations. MCBs are available in single, double and triple pole versions ranging from 6A to 100A. The Type B standard is generally used for final circuit protection and to protect the cable supplying a holiday home. Type D MCBs are generally used for motor control where a pump is being supplied.

Switch Disconnectors are available in double, triple and four pole versions and are used as single isolation points
typically in Distribution Units. Current ratings of 100A, 125A, 160A or 200A are available and all units are din rail mounted to complement the protective devices they accompany.
